Register your player in the grade he/she is currently in (at the time of registering).

Program Mission Statement

The Recreational Baseball programs of FCBC promote an educational and instructional program for individuals in the Fort Collins area. FCBC Recreational Baseball promotes full player participation and aspires to develop healthy attitudes toward sportsmanship and respect for authority while providing instruction, skill development, and encouraging young people to enjoy the game.

Families seeking Recreational SUMMER Baseball scholarships must complete the SCHOLARSHIP FORM and attach it with your registration. If you register online and your scholarship is approved, a portion of your registration fee (equal to your scholarship award) will be refunded online to the original source of payment. All information on this form must be completed to process it. Registration of player will not be finalized until the paperwork is processed. Scholarships for Fall and Indoor leagues may be limited.

Registration Form - 2025

Will be posted here when ready.

In-Town Teams

  • All in-town Recreational teams are provided with team equipment: bats, practice & game balls, catcher’s equipment (in appropriate leagues), and batting helmets. Players are allowed to use their own equipment as long as it meets National Safety Standards. Players who use their own catcher’s gear MUST use a chest protector with a “tail” (which protects below the belt). All catcher’s helmets MUST have full ear protection (no skull caps), as well as an additional throat guard.
  • Teams for Summer are based on the grade of the child in the current school year (grade at time of registration). Exception to this is for players in the Intermediate League. Intermediate age determination is based on an April 30 / May 1 cutoff (not on school grade). For example: to play in 10u Intermediate, a player must be 10 years old through April 30 — can turn 11 on May 1.
  • For Intermediate League:  Volunteer Coaches will contact drafted players within 4 days after the Intermediate Tryout. Intermediate League Coaches will typically conduct practices after 4:30pm starting in late March (this is for Intermediate!).
  • For Recreational League:  Volunteer Coaches will contact players beginning in early May. Coaches will typically conduct practices after 4:30pm in the beginning of the season. They may have three to four (or more) practices prior to the start of league games.
  • FCBC does not guarantee Coaches for teams. We depend on the support of parents to coach teams. If you are interested in Coaching please (CLICK - LINK PENDING) and complete the Recreational Coaches Application.
