Northern Colorado Rookie League
Fort Collins Based Teams (AAA)

All FCBC based Competitive Teams are required to purchase the Basic Team Package; They then have the option of purchasing the Rookie League Package. Please use the Procedures Page & Team Profiles to access the necessary forms for league participation.

Basic Team/Tournament Team Package

Rookie Team Game Package
  • Tryout facilitation for Fall & Spring, open house for players, team communication, field usage and maintenance
  • Team Liability and Player Insurance
  • Three dozen baseballs
  • Team Equipment  in needed
  • Coach background checks
  • Staff supported year around office
  • Non-profit fundraising opportunities though the club for affiliated teams
  • Marketing and Team Communication for teams year around
  • Website promotion for teams
  • Discounted Services through local vendors for Training, Equipment, baseballs, clothing, etc.

Cost per Team: $ 550.00

  • To attend Fall Open House & Fall Tryouts:
    • Team Profile must be completed (procedure page), upon acceptance to our club, a $150 deposit is due. NON REFUNDABLE Profile and deposit must be received by September 7th to allow for time to process all data for OPEN HOUSE. September 11th 6pm at the EDGE Sports Center
    • Posting of team tryouts and marketing will take place after receiving deposit.
    • Balance of $400 is due to FCBC by December 1st, 2007
  • To Affiliate with club AFTER Fall Tryouts:
    • Team Profile must be completed (procedure page), upon acceptance to the club a $150 deposit is due. NON REFUNDABLE
    • Balance of $400 is due to FCBC by December 1st, 2007
    • Teams who do not fully field a team by January 15th will be refunded their $400.
  • League Admin: All Scheduling/Rescheduling and coordination  for all home and away games (14-16 depending on teams in league and field availability) 9 week playing season
  • Staff supported year around office
  • NINE week playing season with games played twice a week Monday - Thursday during school nights, with 5:30 or 8pm start times
  • Bad weather may include up three times a week
  • League Admin: Support services for all web and league standings
  • League Admin: All rules, policies and guidelines for league
  • Umpire Services: Scheduling/Rescheduling, payment, training, supervision for home games
  • Field Coordination: Rental, Scheduling for all home games
  • Field Maintenance and Supplies for all home games
  • League Tournament Berths: State USSSA & Triple Crown for all ages
  • End of Season Tournament: Awards, Fields, Umpires, Game Balls, Berths (3-4 tournament games)
    • Season Play will be the June 27 - 29 with game play Friday - Sunday.

Cost per Team: $2600

Deadline for league registration: 1/15/2008
 Roster and Birth Certificatesare TURNED IN  at the COACHES MEETING in March.
