NCRL: Spring ONLY 14 Year-Old League
OUT OF TOWN TEAMS REGISTRATION HAS ENDED
In order to address the needs of the
increasing number of U 14 Teams that choose to play in a Summer High School
League, FCBC has created a Spring ONLY
Rookie League for 14 year old teams.This league will begin in early April and
finish before Memorial Day Weekend. Games will consist of 10 games that will be
played in various communities. All fields will be set at a 60/90 to allow
for a transition for any teams who have players moving on to their High School
Teams. This league encourages
players to play with the -3 bat that they will be preparing to use when
then move into High School Baseball..
In 2010 teams who participated include, incoming 8th grade High School Teams,
Windsor, Cheyenne, Fredrick, Longmont, Silver Creek, Thompson Valley, and Fort
Collins.

- Home field availability for games (minimum or 7 home
times)
- Field maintenance on all home games

Must provide scheduling of all umpire for home games

Team or club "certificate of liability insurance"

Certificated copies of players birth certificates
- Must not
exceed 60 Miles from FCBC office for game team travel to games

Must plan on a 6 week game schedule from early April to Mid-May. Includes up to
two games a week, In the event of bad weather may include three games during
school nights.
- Games played Monday - Thursdays
- Complete the TEAM PROFILE by January 15th. Profiles for OFT Teams will be
available on September 1st.

Tuesday - Thursday depending on teams in league and field availability.

- Coach back ground checks required for all head coaches
- Rule books, score books, coaches packets
- FCBC Staff supported year around office
- Support services for all web and league standings data
- All rules, policies, standard of conducts
coaches/player/parents & guidelines for league
- Includes Web Updates in the Fall and through season on Team Status for
Tryouts and
recruitment of players
TEAM FEE: $325 (Due by January 15th)
