Philosophy
Fundamentals lead to success. We teach and coach the fundamentals year round. Good fundamental ball players that are coachable and focused will be successful in the long run.

Goals
There was a lot learned by players and coaches alike in year one. We will be working on more situational scenarios that the players encountered throughout the season last year. More focus will be put on our pitchers to hit locations and change speed. We will work on more agressive base running skills to improve our scoring chances when we get on base. The ultimate goal for the Knights is to be the 2011 AA12U State Champions and WIN!

Playing Time
Being a AA competitive we are always looking to win. Tournements have pitch regulations we must follow and playing several games in a day can wear the kids out. I try to keep everyone fresh and try to have everyone to be able to play at least two posistions for resting and rotating players. We try to put our best nine players on the field. Starting spots are earned at practice with good preformance and attitude. |
