Philosophy
The staff philosophy is to further develop and refine the individual players’ talent and skills in competitive baseball. Our focus is both on the physical and mental aspects of the game. We fully support and expect our players to compete as a team and not individuals. The individual enjoyment and “fun” aspects of the game will become evident to each player as they focus on success as a team.
Goals
The primary goal of the team is to field a competitive 13U team that constantly strives for continuous improvement. We plan on entering multiple tournaments and want to experience success. We will also be part of the NCRL league for league play and the season ending tournament. We will also strive to be successful enough in tournaments to qualify for state play in July.

Playing Time
Individual playing time is a factor of attitude, practice time, focus, and effort. Although we do not expect every player to make every practice and team event, we do expect every player to make a firm commitment to the success of the team. The coaching staff will make the final decisions on playing time, but each player will have to opportunity to support the success of the team as a whole. |
