Recreation LEVELS I, II & IV Coaches Meeting:
ATTENDANCE IS REGUIRED.
Coaches Meeting Levels I, II & IV:Coaches will recieve game schedules,rosters
ajnd club proceedures at this meeting, along with a presentation of the CHAMP
"Caracter in Athletic's Make it A Priority" Program. USUALLY HELD IN MAY
Coaches Application LEVELS 1, 2, & 4 & Fall BALL: Please Mail, Fax or Email
back, please NOTE that by completing this application you must register your
player timley, to avoid the team you may be assigned to filling up.
LEVEL 3 Coaching is now over: All Staffs in the L3 program are required to
participate with their team in the CHAMP Program.

10U, and Sidewinders 12U. CHAMP would also like to recognize the following
teams as Honorable Mentions for the Elite Team Award: Spartans 10U, Sky Sox 12U,
and Mustangs 12U.
