Philosophy
The coaching staff of the Ft Collins Warriors wants to field a team that has a competitive drive and instill in each player a sense of pride on and off the field. Providing a positive atomsphere we would like to teach each player that by having a good work ethic and positive attitude they can excel as an athlete and as a citizen.

Goals
Our goal for the team is to prepare them to continue on to the next level of baseball. We want to play 3-5 tournaments in addition to the NCRL Spring League. In addition we will be playing FCBC Fall Baseball which will not interfere with other fall sports.
