Philosophy
The Fort Collins Rattlers coaching staff has a passion for baseball and for working with kids. We will emphasize teaching individual skills in a competitive environment, as well as learning the game. We are looking for players who love the game of baseball and are willing to hustle and work to improve. We believe in positive feedback and sportsmanship. We will strive to balance fun and discipline; to grow each player’s competitiveness and love for the game.

Playing Time
Hustle, attendance and attitude will directly impact playing time. Players will get an opportunity to practice at multiple positions. In games, players will typically focus on 2-3 positions to enable for greater individual and team success. Coaches will work to plan lineups and substitutions to field a best lineup for tournament games. |
