Philosophy

To provide an environment where each player will learn & develop their baseball skills, encourage good sportsmanship & teamwork, and most importantly to have a fun & rewarding experience that will lead to a successful & fulfilling life in baseball, sports, and future endeavors. All good teams are not only defined by the number of wins they have but also how they deal with adversity, overcoming mistakes & the character each player develops through teamwork as well as winning & losing with class.

Goals

Team Goals: to learn the fundamentals of baseball, develop their skills & fine tune their abilities as an athlete, to respect their parents, coaches, teammates, umpires, and opponents, create a team that is disciplined, hardworking, possess solid positional skills with a higher level of understanding the game of baseball all while have a fun and exciting time. Lastly, through an organized and structured coaching environment to teach good sportsmanship & teamwork and to win games.

Playing Time

Playing time will be determined by the coaching staff. Although we seek to keep playing time as equal as possible there will be a number of contributing factors that will be taken into account. These include, attitude, demonstrating a teamwork mentality, level of effort at practices and games, discipline, respect of themselves, teammates and others, and lastly their ability to play specific positions.
